All of the guides, drivers, hotel staff - were all INCREDIBLE! everything worked like a Swiss clock - on time, exactly as promised, no delays or letdowns. Even when we had some small issues (car breakdown on the way from Hanoi to Sa Pa) - Rainnie took care of it immediately and very professionally.
